For every set of actions you take do a small workout. Summer is near again and pool party skins are in.

    Each Hurt = 5 pushups 5 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Heal = 5 Crunches 5 Pushups

    Each Action Reset = 10 Pushups 10 Crunches 10 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Kill = 10 Lunges(each leg) 5 Pushups

    Each KS = 20 Pushups 20 Crunches 25 Lunges(each leg)

     

    And for those that still play League

    Each Win = 5 Pushups 5 Crunches 5 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Loss = 10 Pushups 10 Crunches 10 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Enemy DC/RQ = 1 Pushup 1 Crunch 1 Lunge(each leg)

    Each Ally DC/RQ = 5 Puchups 5 Crunches 5 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Time Rito Servers McFudged Up = 25 Pushups 25 Crunches 25 Lunges(each leg)

    Each Time YOU AFK/RQ = 50 Pushups 50 Crunches 50 Lunges 50 JumpingJacks 50 Seconds of Downward Facing Dog Pose

    @neku: No need to make it complicated... just do the same every hour
    For me: 5 deadhang pull ups, 10 push ups, 30 supermans, 30 cross sit ups, 30 squats (All done extremely slow)

    What about

     

    Each Hurt = 1 Pushup, 1 Situp, Jog around your chair

    Each Heal = 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, and run laps until you die.

     

    Fastest season ever. Also many deaths on behalf of waifus.

    this is actually a really good idea and I'm gonna do it because I've gained 10lbs each year for the past 4 years and I'd like to look nice again 8(

    @enfabledmage: actually eating something every hour would help your metabolism... so your body does not go into store fat mode... of course within moderation

    @Nix. so if i ate a dolphin and fed half of it to my walrus then ate again an hour latter on another dikohin which half goes to my walrus. Would it still be ok if i swam with seals for a few hours? Or will i need to shower to get the dolphin blood off so they don't recognize i'm a preditor?

    please help come to Irc i am there i seek advice!
